Shaun works within the UK pest management industry as both a business owner and hands-on pest control technician. Based in Rutland, he is involved in domestic and commercial pest control, with a strong focus on public health pest management, evidence-led inspections, rodent control, proofing, compliance support and professional reporting.

Alongside running Oakham Pest Control Ltd, Shaun hosts Pest Perspectives Podcast, a weekly industry podcast created to share real conversations, practical knowledge and different viewpoints from across the pest control sector. The podcast features pest controllers, suppliers, trainers, consultants, product specialists and industry voices, helping to promote learning, discussion and progression within pest management.

Shaun is also involved with the wider industry through the National Pest Technicians Association, where he serves on the Board of Directors and supports industry events and initiatives, including PestTech. He is committed to continual professional development and promoting pest control as a skilled, professional and valuable career.

Through Pest Perspectives, Shaun aims to give the industry a platform for honest conversation, practical education and stronger connections between professionals, suppliers and organisations across pest management.
